Overview

You can create scheduling links for other teammates at your organization that you have calendar access to. Links created for others enable seamless handoff from one teammate to another, whether you’re working with prospects, customers, clients, or candidates. The best part is the other teammate does not have to have a GoodTime Meet account set up.

FAQs

Are there other ways to schedule on behalf of others?

Yes, there are multiple ways inside of GoodTime Meet to schedule on behalf of others. You can also use:

Company Templates

Routing

Delegated Access

What are some known limitations?

  1. When creating a link for someone else, the current user must have at minimum view free/busy access to the recipient calendar. Otherwise, no availability will be shown.
  2. When creating the scheduling link, the URL will contain the name of the host who is creating the link. To avoid sharing a host’s name, you can create a service account in Office365 or Google. For example, if you want to create links for our sales team, a service account with email: [email protected] would now create links that have a URL structure that looks like /acmecom/sales/your-link-name
