Variables allow you to personalize your calendar events with information about the guest or meeting. Variables can be inserted into the Calendar Event Title and Description when you are creating or modifying a scheduling link. If you see the yellow $
it means you can use variables in this text field
Variables are unique placeholders and start with a $ (dollar sign). To see a list of variables, type the $ (shift + 4) on your keyboard inside the Event Description
or Event Title
. This will present you with a list you can scroll through:
From this list, you can scroll and select a variable to insert into the Event Title
or Event Description
. The variable will show up with a yellow shade around it indicating it is a special and will resolve based on the information about the meeting or guest.
