When a guest schedules with you, you can collect information about them such as their email address, phone number, or even custom information.
The Scheduled Meeting Dashboard allows you to see your upcoming meetings that were scheduling using your links. As of now, the meetings in this list are forward looking and will not show previous meetings you had. If you need to find guest information such as an email address or phone number, you can find it from the confirmation email notification that is sent when a guest schedules:
You can quickly find these emails by searching the subject line which is "scheduled using GoodTime Meet".
Alternatively, you can find this information by going to the Meet Calendar. You can navigate to this by clicking on the calendar icon in the left hand menu bar. Clicking on the meeting will allow you to quickly open details that include the attendees and any contact information you requested in the questionnaire such as their phone number. You can also quickly email all guests by pressing the email icon to the right of the guest list.
