Overview

Round Robin links now come with different options to determine how the system will rotate through your teammates in the Round Robin group. To use these options, create a β€œRound Robin” scheduling link. At the bottom of the Internal Attendees list is a dropdown that allows you to select from one of the following options described below.

Features

There are three types of Robin Robin Options to distribute meetings to members of the round robin group: Fair Distribution, Speed to Schedule, and AI Balanced

Fair Distribution

Rotates sequentially in the Round Robin group to more fairly distribute meetings. This may result in sharing fewer available times with your guest.

Score
Share Maximum Availability to Guest ●○○○○
Fairly Distribute to all members of the Round Robin Group ●●●●●

Speed to Schedule

Shares the largest amount of available time slots, allowing your guest to schedule sooner to meet with your team. Does not guarantee even distribution within the Round Robin group.

Share Maximum Availability to Guest ●●●●●
Fairly Distribute to all members of the Round Robin Group ●○○○○

It’s more important to quickly help the customer rather than evenly distribute the work to individuals on the team. This is especially useful when you have a Global Support network and your Customer Support Representatives sit in different time zones.

AI Balanced

Intelligently balances meetings to allow guests to schedule sooner while distributing leads as evenly as possible within the Round Robin group. Some teammates may be scheduled more often than others.

Share Maximum Availability to Guest ●●●●○
Fairly Distribute to all members of the Round Robin Group ●●●●○
