Round Robin links now come with different options to determine how the system will rotate through your teammates in the Round Robin group. To use these options, create a βRound Robinβ scheduling link. At the bottom of the Internal Attendees list is a dropdown that allows you to select from one of the following options described below.
There are three types of Robin Robin Options to distribute meetings to members of the round robin group: Fair Distribution, Speed to Schedule, and AI Balanced
Rotates sequentially in the Round Robin group to more fairly distribute meetings. This may result in sharing fewer available times with your guest.

Shares the largest amount of available time slots, allowing your guest to schedule sooner to meet with your team. Does not guarantee even distribution within the Round Robin group.

Itβs more important to quickly help the customer rather than evenly distribute the work to individuals on the team. This is especially useful when you have a Global Support network and your Customer Support Representatives sit in different time zones.

Intelligently balances meetings to allow guests to schedule sooner while distributing leads as evenly as possible within the Round Robin group. Some teammates may be scheduled more often than others.
