Sometimes you just want people to have the option of joining a meeting. You can quickly allow your attendees to be required or optional in Group Meeting Scheduling links by following the below quick steps.

Instructions

  1. Create a new Group Scheduling Link (or edit an existing one)
  2. Scroll down to the attendees section
  3. Next to the attendee, there is a person icon. If you hover over this icon you can click it to make someone required or optional. People with solid icons will be required, people with outlined icons will be optional.

<aside> ⚠️ NOTE: Only required attendees availabilities will be considered when searching for times to meet.

Optional attendees availability will not be considered when sharing availability with your guests.
