With GoodTime Meet, you can easily create scheduling links that generate video links inside the calendar invite when your guest schedules.

To create a new scheduling link for video meetings, or to modify a current scheduling link and convert it to a video meeting, it is as simple as adding a link of text inside your calendar event description. You can see the type of meeting your scheduling link is (video, phone, in-person) inside your meeting type dashboard:

Creating a Google Meet Video Link inside Scheduling Links

If you want to use a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link, you already have your integration set-up and can immediately start scheduling video calls. To create a scheduling link that autogenerates a video link for you and your guest, you just need to select 'Video' as your meeting type, and GoodTime takes it from there. When creating a Group or One on One scheduling link, you can select your preferred meeting type inside the application:

If you wish to change your video conference provider, you can click on the drop-down underneath the meeting type selector to choose which video link you wish to have inside the calendar event:

Once a guest uses your scheduling links and confirms a time to meet, GoodTime Meet will automatically generate a video link for everyone to join right inside the calendar event:
