With GoodTime Meet, you can easily create scheduling links that show your phone number or your guests' phone number so it is clear the meeting will take place over the phone.

To create a new scheduling link for phone meetings, or to modify a current scheduling link and convert it to a phone meeting, it is as simple as selecting 'Phone' when creating or modifying your scheduling link. You can see the type of meeting your scheduling link is (video, phone, in-person) inside your meeting type dashboard:

To create a scheduling link that autogenerates your guests' phone number, all you need to do is select the 'Phone' meeting type and we will default the scheduling link for you:

By default, our Phone meeting type will collect the guests' phone number and display it inside the calendar invite for you:

If you wish for your guest to call you, you can manually update the calendar invite to include your phone number, or you can leverage the $Host.PhoneNumber variable:

Note: The Host Phone number text will display the number that is listed in your profile

The Attendee Phone number text will display the number that your guest enters when filling out their details to meet you (on the confirmation page)
