Adding additional calendars allows GoodTime Meet to better understand your availability. For example, you may block off times to pick up kids or go to Yoga practice on your personal Google account, but it’s too much info for your work calendar.

Adding additional calendars to sync to GoodTime Meet will allow you to better synchronize your real availability across all the calendars that impact your availability.

Quick Setup Guide

Here is a quick setup guide to connect additional calendars to your account.

  1. Go to Settings (⚙️) > My Calendar page
  2. Click on the “Add Another Calendar” button

  1. When prompted, sign into your other calendar account *

  1. Don’t forget to check all permissions

  2. Once connected, make sure that the toggle for “Check Availability is turn on in order to consider blocks on your calendar during scheduling. If you would like GoodTime Meet Scheduling Links to ignore the calendar, simply toggle off the “Check Availability” option.
