Integration Guide

This documentation is dedicated to the Engineer / IT Staff Member responsible for integrating SSO with GoodTime

Quick overview of this guide:

- Download the IdP XML metadata
- Provide metadata to GoodTime Meet

How to Enable GoodTime SAML for Your Organization

Log into GoodTime Meet using Google or Microsoft
1. https://meet.goodtime.io/login
Navigate to SSO Settings
1. https://meet.goodtime.io/settings/sso
2. Please keep this window open - we will come back to it later
Note: If you do not see SSO in your settings - please reach out to one of the following individuals: [email protected], or [email protected] ; we will need to enable SSO for your organization
Configure Your IdP
1. Copy and paste the Entity Id and ACS (Consumer) URL we provided from https://meet.goodtime.io/settings/sso into your SSO App Connector
2. Copy / download the IdP XML metadata
Note: The SAML protocol is generic and will work with any SAML Identity Provider service (OneLogin, Okta, Azure, etc.)
Configure GoodTime
1. Navigate to https://meet.goodtime.io/settings/sso
2. Copy and paste the IdP XML metadata into the Identity Provider Metadata field
3. Click the save button located in the bottom left
SSO Login Test
1. Immediately sign out upon saving the IdP XML metadata
2. You will be redirected to https://meet.goodtime.io/login/{your-organization-slug}
3. Please use this https://meet.goodtime.io/login/{your-organization-slug} url to sign into GoodTime Meet using SSO for your organization
